  We've stopped at 2 separate locations and our order is never right. I can understand the sandwiches are not going to look like they are advertised. When you specifically ask for a drink with very little mocha and it comes back tasting like you are only drinking mocha that's a problem. The coffee in both drinks tasted burnt and not fresh at all which says a lot about a place that you stop for coffee! When my husband went back to the counter asking if they would just pour about half of it out and just add coffee they actually began arguing about the taste of the drink! I ended up just tossing it. Not to meantion with that many employees wandering around aimlessly behind the counter, someone could have paid some attention to cleaning up the lobby at some point. Wipe off a few tables at the least.

  The manager and area manager and all staff of this dunkin should be thoroughly ashamed by the shear level of filth in this establishment. I mentioned to a young lady in the DT there was not any tissue paper in the women's restroom. I was ignored only to ask another employee and then was told they sent someone to buy more toilet paper. I was instructed to use the men's room. The level of filth in these restrooms is not from a busy morning, dust covered sinks and pee encrusted toilets happen after severe neglect. Your system for cleanliness needs to be reviewed and drilled into staff. Time should always be made for cleaning regardless of busy rushes. Now as for the food I'm thoroughly disgusted as to not eat it now.

  This is a great DD! We are traveling and were looking especially for a Dunkin Donuts. Great coffee, bagels and donuts! Quick drive through and pleasant staff.

  America may run on Dunkin, but Dunkin is crawling for Cookeville TN. This location was not running smoothly on this Sunday morning. There was a short line inside, which was moving very slowly (that could be blamed on the patrons though). All of the food and drink orders were continuously jumbled / made incorrectly for the handful of customers. We ordered one large iced coffee black, and one large hot coffee with 1 cream + sugar. First we were served two large iced coffees with cream and sugar. Strike 1. Then our order was messed up again. Strike 2. Then we finally reminded them what we ordered - the iced coffee was correct, but the hot coffee OMG. It was made with FOUR creams + sugars. Why not order milk at that point?! Strike 3. They were nice enough to remake the coffee though. The bathrooms were disgusting also. Donuts were as good as always. The boy at the cash register was working hard (Cole I think). Fun sitting area!
